Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your joiya99 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. Any activity that occurs under your account credentials will be deemed to have been carried out by you personally, and you accept full liability for such activity.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, or if your credentials have been compromised in any way, you must notify joiya99 support immediately via live chat. joiya99 will take reasonable steps to secure your account but cannot be held liable for any losses incurred before you notify us of a security breach.

One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to maintain exactly one active joiya99 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same mobile number, the same bKash/Nagad account, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, joiya99 reserves the right to close all but the most recent legitimate account and to void any bonuses or winnings associated with the duplicated accounts.

Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the payment provider's availability at the time of processing.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is one to four hours during operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Processing times may be longer during public holidays, peak BPL match periods, or when additional verification is required.
• You must complete all applicable wagering requirements on active bonuses before a withdrawal can be approved. Attempting to withdraw while a bonus with an incomplete wagering requirement is active may result in the bonus being voided.

Fraud Prevention

joiya99 operates active fraud detection across all payment activity. Any attempt to conduct chargebacks, reverse transactions, or otherwise manipulate the payment system will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any associated balance, and referral to the relevant financial institution. joiya99 will cooperate fully with any investigation by bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or any banking partner into fraudulent activity associated with a joiya99 account.

joiya99 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, BPL season specials, Eid promotions, and loyalty rewards. Claiming Bonuses

Bonuses must be claimed within the time frame stated in the relevant promotion. Once a bonus has expired without being claimed, it cannot be retroactively applied to your account. Wagering Requirements

joiya99's Right to Modify Promotions

joiya99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn while players are actively working toward satisfying wagering requirements, joiya99 will honour the existing bonus for those players at its reasonable discretion. Players who have not yet claimed a promotion that is withdrawn will not be entitled to claim it retroactively.

• Underage access: Attempting to access or use joiya99 while under the age of 18, or facilitating access by a person under the age of 18.

joiya99 actively monitors platform activity for indicators of prohibited conduct. Detection methods include behavioural analysis, device fingerprinting, IP monitoring, and payment pattern review. Players who believe they have observed prohibited conduct by another user are encouraged to report it to the support team via live chat.

Either you or joiya99 may close or terminate a joiya99 account, subject to the conditions described in this section.

Voluntary Closure by the Player

If you wish to close your joiya99 account voluntarily, you may do so by contacting the support team via live chat and submitting a closure request. Before your account is closed, any remaining real-money balance will be withdrawn to your registered payment method, provided that all identity verification requirements have been satisfied and no active bonus wagering requirements remain outstanding. Closure by joiya99

joiya99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion and without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Failure to provide satisfactory KYC or age verification documentation within the required time frame.
• Evidence that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Detection of duplicate or linked accounts.
• Identification of bonus abuse patterns or exploitation of software errors.
• Regulatory or legal requirement to do so.

Where joiya99 closes an account for a reason other than a proven breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player via the registered payment method after an investigation period not exceeding 30 days. Bonus balances and bonus-derived winnings will not be returned in cases of Terms violations.

Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. joiya99 will send a notification email to the registered address prior to classifying an account as dormant. Dormant accounts with a remaining balance may be subject to an inactivity administration fee of ৳200 per month after a further 12-month period of inactivity, until the balance reaches zero or the player reactivates the account by logging in.

joiya99 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we take every reasonable step to maintain a stable, secure, and fair service, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform at all times. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical interventions, and events outside joiya99's reasonable control — including internet service disruptions, payment processor outages, and force majeure events — may occasionally affect platform availability.

No Liability for Gambling Losses

Gambling inherently involves the risk of financial loss. joiya99 does not accept any liability for losses sustained by players as a result of wagering on the platform, including losses arising from reliance on game statistics, third-party betting tips, or any information published by joiya99 in promotional materials. You accept that you are wagering voluntarily and at your own financial risk.

Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction — including a game freeze, disconnection during a live casino round, or a display error affecting odds or game outcomes — joiya99 will investigate and resolve the issue as promptly as possible. Where a malfunction has resulted in an incorrect payout, joiya99 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wager amount to the player's account. Third-Party Content

The games available on joiya99 are provided by third-party software developers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, Ezugi, and others. joiya99 does not own or operate the underlying game software and cannot be held liable for errors, malfunctions, or adverse outcomes arising from defects in third-party game content. Maximum Liability Cap

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, joiya99's total aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with any claim arising from these Terms or from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their joiya99 account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the date on which the claim arose.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit joiya99's liability for death or personal injury caused by joiya99's negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
